Dr Bhavani is a leading and established Psychologist and Director of Talent Turtle. She is skilled and proficient in the evaluation of human traits, capability and potential accurately in the service of recruitment. She stands as a pillar between the candidates and their goals and stay truly committed to the candidates till they reach their destined goals. She strongly believes in the “right people, right place” policy and ensures that the potential candidates deserve positions in working environments where there is recognition, appreciation and a reward system. She directs and assists candidates to get finer insights into their potential, trains them for new and necessary skills and guides them in achieving their goals. She also makes sure that candidates maintain their holistic wellbeing.
At Talent Turtle, she is in charge of taking day-to-day responsibility for the execution of mandates across all of our practices, and securing new opportunities. Mr. Satya Prakash is a potential Operations Head. He has vast experience in marketing and sales in the equipment industry. He oversees daily activities, operational activities and makes sure that the organization works productively. He is best known for being collaborative with the candidates, actively engaging with team members, managing high-quality assurance programs and fostering the values of the company. He is an expert at building strategies for problem resolution and plan operational activities within a budget. He takes personal responsibility for the candidates’ hospitality duties and delivers excellent customer service. His wealth of industrial knowledge makes him a valuable source of insights during crisis situations, and he is always ready to extend help and guidance to the team members. He warmly maintains compassion, trust and diversity within the work environment.
Technical Head
V. Sai Saketh
Mr. Saketh is a dynamic Technical Head. He is a professional who administers all the technical operations of Talent Turtle and gives support and guidance to the team wherever and whenever required. He is expert at evaluating the potential risks and developing contingency plans for better productivity and smoother functioning of technical operations. With industrial experience and leadership skills, he evaluates and keeps track of the work progress, collaborates with candidates’ training and recruitment, maintains public relations and ensures overall candidate’s satisfaction. He sets realistic goals for future milestones, seeks feedback for better progression and ensures consistent awareness and development of the Talent Turtle.
